We are a special order store. What does that mean? As you most likely experienced when shopping for your wedding gown, our shop carries sample pieces of our collection which are available for you to try on before making your selections. Your selected pieces will be special ordered based on your specific design, metal and, in certain instances, stone choices.
We ask that brides make their appointment after they have purchased their gown. The goal is to choose pieces that will complement and work well with your gown. By that time you should also have a firm idea of the theme and location of the wedding which ties in to the selection of your pieces. We also recommend that you have a good idea of how you may wear your hair on your wedding day.
We recommended that you place your jewelry & headpiece order about 3 to 4 months before your wedding date for a seamless experience and to allow a grace period for issues that may arise that are beyond our control, such as shipping delays. Though, special order timelines may defer based on designer and some orders may be processed more quickly. If you have a tight timeline, before you place an order, please talk to us about available options, including rush orders.
There is a $50 fee to reserve your appointment. This is non-refundable but can be applied to a purchase made within 48 hours of your appointment. You will receive a code for a $50 credit at the end of your appointment. Your code will automatically expire 48 hours after your appointment.
Orders may be placed at the end of your appointment or at any time afterwards. Order forms may be submitted to email@example.com.
All special orders are final and are not subject to change, cancellation, exchange or refund. We are available to help and guide you in the selection of your pieces. However, the final selection is solely the decision of the bride. We will always honor and support your decision. Please contact us with any questions and review your form carefully before placing your order.
We are happy to ship orders for brides who are unable to pick up their order. We ship with tracking but do not include signature or insurance. We highly recommend that you add signature and insurance for your protection.
