Full priced in stock items may be returned for a refund but you must submit a request immediately upon receipt of your order; and the return package must be postmarked within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Items must be in the original packaging and in salable condition. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces for sale, please handle them with care when they are in your possession. Refunds cannot be processed for items returned outside the 72 hour return window, not in the original packaging or damaged and not in salable condition.

Special order, sample sale and sale items cannot be returned. Additionally, special order items cannot be cancelled once placed. All orders of these items are final.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

For accepted returns, your refund amount will be returned to your credit card less a 10% processing and restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Sample sale items are sold as-is, final sale and cannot be returned. These items have been used in photoshoots, may show minor wear and tear and are deeply discounted accordingly. Before purchasing, if you have a question about a piece, please ask. I would be happy to assist you.

All orders are packaged with love and care from Pink Peony Bride's office in Bellefonte, PA so they arrive to you safely. In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged, please notify us immediately.
