You only pay for the Try At Home Service initially, and will be charged only for the jewelry you keep. Our Try at Home Service fee is $15. This is a non-refundable fee.

If this is not selected, your Try at Home order cannot be fulfilled and will be automatically cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.

You may keep the jewelry for up to 48 hours from when you receive your order. Keep the pieces you love and return the remaining pieces within 48 hours. Return packages must be postmarked within 48 hours of receiving your order so please be sure you will be able to return it within this time before you place your order. Please note, we cannot guarantee a date when your order will arrive.
Do be careful and gentle with the jewelry you receive as the pieces are very delicate. Returned jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and in salable condition.

Jewelry being returned must be unworn, undamaged and in salable condition. They must be returned within the 48 hour return window. If they are returned worn, damaged and not in salable condition; or if they are not returned at all, the credit card on file will be charged for the full retail cost of the item(s).
If the return package is not received within the 48 hour return window, late fees will be incurred in the amount of $5 per day. After 4 days (includes 48 hour window), the full retail price of the items will be automatically charged to the card on file.
